- fixed LiveCategrorizedBarPlot typo

- added new type of plot: Categorized Bar Plot. This plot it's useful for plotting categorized values over the time. For example Device Status or State of some process in time.
- added new Tick format: Duration with short or long text format. It's useful to display duration in human-readable form. For example 1h 15s or 1 Hour 15 Sec. Accepted value is number of seconds.
- few minor bug and typo bug fixes

- fixed view range not setting properly for cb_set_data

- added ignore_auto_range to help with performance and plot auto range calculation for multiple plots inside one widget. Setting it to False for all plots let you use your own set range function.

- added crop offset to data flag for LiveAxisRange

- optimizing min, max function for data bound calculation
