- [x] Calculation of species richness.
- [x] Calculation of the taxonomic distinction index (∆∗).
- [x] Calculation of the taxonomic diversity index (∆).
- [x] Calculation of extensive quadratic entropy (F).
- [x] Calculation of intensive quadratic entropy (J).
