Improved handling of nullable email fields.

Custom links can now be added to the sidebar. This allows quick navigation to
specific pages in the admin, or to external websites. For example:

Multiple columns can now be used for sorting the rows in the UI.

Setting the default order for a table is now possible. For example, if we want
to order movies by rating:
