Add tests.

Add dynamic configuration feature by using `Configuration` class.

copy_move.detect_and_export()` now returns the `fraud_list`.

Added default path for `copy_move.detect_and_export()`.

First version to be hosted on pypi.

Many things are still not perfect but tested and worked for simple testcase that we had.
