Bugfixes:
- ([Github issue](https://github.com/kbairak/pipepy/issues/7)) When a binary
(`_text=False`) command redirects from/to a file, `open` was being passed
a binary mode (eg `rb`) and a not-`None` encoding. This raised an error.
