Plantpredict

The previous release had an unhandled exception when attempting to add a new inverter to an existing power-plant. This should be resolved.

The APIError class now accepts the requesting URL as a parameter and will display this URL in the event of a handled error.

The following functions should now handle API related errors:

- ASHRAE `get_station`
- ASHRAE `get_closest_station`
- PowerPlant `_get_inverter_kva_rating`
- Prediction `get_results_summary`
- Prediction `get_results_details`
- Prediction `get_nodal_data`

Added new Enums

Updated SDK version.

Improved versioning implementation.
