Prettycopy

Added a comprehensive command-line function, "copy," which can mimic the functionality of prior PrettyCopy functions with the use of flags.

Added a new file, "basics.py", containing more atomic versions of prior functions.

Added remove function, including testing and documentation. Fixed documentation overall.

Added a command line interface. Revamped the documentation to reflect this, and to integrate explanatory gifs. Made minor fixes to various functions.
quote() and simplequote() will no longer allow the user to build nested quotation marks ("""text"""). They will now 'clean up' the text inside the quote using smartcopy().
Tests now provide greater coverage.
PrettyCopy will now download necessary nltk packages if the user does not already have them.

Added a new function, smartcopy.

Fixed an error with the __init__.py file, hopefully allowing the code to run from other locations.

Basic functions of PrettyCopy are in place: removing line breaks, removing bullets, turning a bulleted list into a paragraph, and turning text into a quote. Advanced functions involving Google Docs exist in a rudimentary state. Library structure is formed, and README.md and CONTRIBUTING.md are set up.
