Proc-plot

Removing PyQt5 as dependency because it is called pyqt in conda.

Beta release.

1. Ability to trend boolean data
2. Add functionality to reset dataframe
3. Fix bugs where subplot layout gets messed up when plots are added after zooming
4. Add "Clear" button to remove all plots
5. Case-insensitive filtering
6. Refresh button to re-plot everything (although most of the bugs that required this are also fixed)

First release to test PyPi deployment
