Changes include the following:
- Volumes allow a list of public SSH keys to be specified using the `ssh_keys` parameter.
- New live unit tests available - no full coverage yet, but many essential requests available.
- Improved extraction and assignment of the request ID.
- Allow custom headers to be passed into the request.
- Allow the passing of cert/verify into the request.
- Python 3.x compatibility updates.
