- takeout indexex now uses HPI
- reddit indexer now uses HPI
Note that these contain some breaking changes (mostly because they don't need any paths anymore).
But I'm not sure what should I do about the versioning with respect to the individual indexers changing...
I guess versioning changes should only apply to the core.
In addition:
- improvements to mypy/tests/documentation
- general cleanup
No breaking changes to the core, hopefully.
