0.0.11

This is the first release of PTSNET. We have tested it on the [Stampede 2 supercomputer](https://portal.tacc.utexas.edu/user-guides/stampede2) running with up to 512 processors. PTSNET has multiple dependencies that need to be installed according to the installation guide provided in the README. For instance, h5py is necessary to save HDF5-formatted files with results in parallel. Therefore the parallel version of HDF5 must be running in order to run parallel functionalities.

There are a number of features in this version that we hope you will like, some of the key highlights include:

- Compatibility with EPANET 2.2 through WNTR
- Simplified functionalities to execute valve and pump operations
