Initial release of `pulse-throw`.
Features include:
- `PulseClient` class that can be initialized with authentication data and used to make requests to the Pulse API.
- Filter functions that can be used to filter data received from the Pulse API.
- Workload calculations functions that can be used to make acute and chronic workload calculations from data received from the Pulse API.
