Breaking Changes

Add explicit schema support for the two different types of `TimeRestriction` nested resource, specifically for these four top-level resources:

- TeamRoutingRule
- NotificationPolicy
- ScheduleRotation
- AlertPolicy

All time restrictions of type weekday-and-time-of-day should use NotificationPolicyTimeRestrictionRestrictionList going forward.
All time restrictions of type time-of-day should use NotificationPolicyTimeRestrictionRestriction.
