This release just adds documentation for the new `gethost` and `getuser` verbs of sphinx-x11 added in the previous release.

gethost` and `getuser` are two new verbs for sphinx-x11 scripts, also added a new sphinx-script that uses them `getacc-user-pass.sphinx` - this gets the hostname from the browser window you click on, and the username via `sphinx list $host`, and then does the filling in of the form "automatically" as with the other user-pass.sphinx scripts.

libsphinx had a backward incompatible security fix which changed the function signature of sphinx_finish. The security issue in libsphinx is not affecting pwdsphinx since the extended sphinx protocol comes with a number of features that do not expose the issue in the direct use of libsphinx.

Changes mostly for debian packaging, some new manpages.

Mostly to get debian packaging going, but also new manpages, and some changes to global constants. it is advised to update to this version.
