Initial production release for the EigenTrust compute layer using the [Eigentrust Basic API](https://k3l.io/docs/api/basic/v1/) initially for Lens Protocol. This release includes the base functionality which its compute is requested by [ts-lens](https://github.com/Karma3Labs/ts-lens/releases/tag/v1.0). This is utilized at a Karma3 Labs demo, the Lens Profile Rankings site, at [lens.k3l.io](https://lens.k3l.io/).
