Py-steamcmd-wrapper

After a bit of a hiatus, i'm back on board with developing this project. This release fixes some small issues and updates the PyPi release so it's up to date again.

Fixes:
- Fixed automated workflows so they can be run and tested with `act`
Removed:
- Testing for workshop downloads. These tests always failed. Eventually: This might get fixed

A security alert was found for urllib. This release fixes that issue

Overhaul to comply with things like PEP8, and small bugfixes

+ Implemented propper testing
+ Implemented automated testing and deployment
+ Added requirements.txt
* Fixed missing import for `tarfile` on linux systems
* Fixed PEP8 compliance

Tests are now implemented into the source. Run `python tests.py` to check all the code.

WIP: Workshop updates tests

New and improved with more exceptions. Also just to test the new actions in order to publish ;)
