usage: tlsh_pattern -f <file> [-showmiss T] -pat <pattern_file> [-xlen] [-force]

: tlsh_pattern -r <dir> [-showmiss T] -pat <pattern_file> [-xlen] [-force]
: tlsh_pattern -l <listfile> [-l1|-l2|-lcsv] [-showmiss T] -pat <pattern_file> [-xlen] [-force]
: tlsh_pattern -version: prints version of tlsh library
add options
- to have different columns of a listfile be processed (-l1 or -l2)
- to allow a listfile to be in CSV format (-lcsv)
- to show misses up to threshold T (-showmiss T)
added regression tests for tlsh_pattern
