2.1

Minor update in order to support for [PyOWM v3](https://pyowm.readthedocs.io/en/latest/#pyowm-v3-software-api-documentation) and [arxiv 1.4](http://lukasschwab.me/arxiv.py/index.html)

2.0.0

The main features of this release (and the reason it qualifies for a major version change) is the addition of the [Facebook backend](https://github.com/scarlehoff/pybliotecario/blob/master/src/pybliotecario/backend/readme.md) (PR #11). Basically it should be possible to do the same now with Facebook Msgs and a Telegram bot.

The code has also been refactored (6, 8, 10), some docs updated (9, 12) and a test-backend plus CI added (7).

In term of functionalities (of what can one do with this code), not much has changed since [1.3](https://github.com/scarlehoff/pybliotecario/releases/tag/v1.3), some clean up here and there and only one true new feature, and it is that arguments are now passed to the scripts (#14)!
