Pycollocation

This release fixes an import bug introduced during the refactoring prior to release of v0.5.0-alpha and adds support for B-Spline basis functions as well as a solver for over-identified systems of differential equations.

With this release I have completely refactored the package. In particular, I have eliminated external dependencies on SymPy and Pandas in order to make the package compatible with possible future inclusion in SciPy. Testing code has been significantly streamlined and test coverage is much improved. Documentation is still lacking in places, but I plan to do a big push on documentation once the API hits the beta stage.

This release is a substantial refactoring of the underlying code. In particular I have isolated `sympy` as a dependency and made it much easier to extend the core classes for solving specific models. I have also incorporated a number of static analysis tools into the workflow in order to improve overall code quality. Documentation is improving, but there is still much work to be done.

This is a weekly bugfix release. Bugs fixed...
1. `_symbolic_vars` property now returns a list of symbols (instead of a mixed list of strings and symbols).

This release fixes yet another issue with `pip install.`
