This release drops support for Python 2.7 and 3.4.

- Add support for day names
- Add support for dividers (1-59/2 for every minute)

- Add anacron style `has_been` function (1, 3)
- Add support for alternative datetime libraries (4, 9)
- Make sure both timezone aware and naive datetimes are supported (2, 3, 6)
- Drop support for Python 2.6, 3.2, 3.3 (8)
