Pycryptomusapi

add_request_params param added to constructor.
It allows to set some custom parameters to be added to all API calls.

1. Added delay between pages (Crypomus raises error if paginate too fast)

2. Fixed bug with max_items not applied for pages

Added payment_history_filtered method.
Allows to use filters to select only appropriate payments.

Payments section fully implemented.
