This is the first release after moving to the new code repository at github.com/siemens/pydcc .
Changes:
Verifying a signature after reading a DCC from a byte stream failed while verifying a signature after reading a DCC from the file was possible. Reading and verifying, regardless of the source, is possible after the bugfix.
Minor changes regarding the CI pipeline for the new repository.
