some compatibility changes for python 3 and updates of dependencies.

- A fix for a typo in the homeassistant auto config yaml

A few fixes that I noticed on Upgrade to python 3.9 and newer Zeroconf:

- Fix issue finding ess via zeroconf from ``essmqtt``
- Fix deprecation warning from zeroconf code

- add another possible fix for 7 after logging showed that an MQTT error might be the cause.

add config file option for essmqtt to avoid mile-long command line

fix the crash of ``essmqtt`` I accidentally introduced with 0.1.5
