A realese to trigger a pypi project such that it cannot be occupied anymore

This is the first tested release of pyFAT. From this point on development will no longer be done in the default branch which is renamed to be main. The development untested version will continue in the pyFAT branch predominantly. When ready for testing a testing branch should be split off tested and then with an updated Status report merged into the main branch.

All function are fully documented and we will attempt a full test run on the test set to see where we are v0.0.2 will be the version where the test run is completed and an initial status report is provided.
