Fixing bug in dimacs parser

This version fixes a package naming mistake in the main file.

First main release. Fixes management of command-line running with python -m, and handles empty AFs.

Code has been improved (documentation, PEP standards), and minor architecture modifications have been made to prepare the PyPI package.

This release fixes a mistake for DS-CO (using the SAT-based approach instead of the equivalence with DS-GR). The project architecture has been modified for preparing future packaging.

The first release of pygarg provides algorithms for solving several standard reasoning tasks under most classical extension-based semantics of abstract argumentation frameworks, namely XX-YY where:
- XX in ['DC', 'DS', 'SE', 'EE', 'CE'] for credulous acceptability, skeptical acceptability, computing one extension, enumerating extensions and counting extensions,
- YY in ['CF', 'AD', 'ST', 'CO', 'PR', 'GR', 'ID', 'SST'] for conflict-freeness, admissibility, stable semantics, complete semantics, preferred semantics, grounded semantics, ideal semantics and semi-stable semantics.
