Pygconsole

- Size font, and console's height and width can now be changed dynamically, without loosing memorized characters
- The default behavior of the IO stream has changed: the `flush` parameter is not yet necessary in print() builtin function for displaying characters onto the console (unless you specify the use of a buffer)

Adjust the required version of NumPy

- Activate the `background_transparency` Console attribute: it is now possible to change dynamically the transparency of the console using this attribute.
- This feature implies that pygconsole becomes dependent on NumPy

Fix the markdown format declaration in the setup.cfg file (without this fix, the distro is rejected by Pypi !).
