Pyimagetest

Small release to enable better compatibility with `pytest`. This breaks BC since `ImageTestCase` was removed.

This is the first beta release of `pyimagetest`.

The API changed a little compared to `pyimagetest==0.1`. For example `pyimagetest.ImageTestCase` is no longer used in double inheritance.

This release mainly adds static type checking and documentation.
