This is our first release, which is also available at [PyPI](https://pypi.org/project/pykale/) and [Anaconda Cloud](https://anaconda.org/pykale/pykale). This version has most of the necessary ingredients. It will help us discuss, identify and fix issues towards a beta release, to be managed via the project boards and issues.
