This addresses Issue 66. We now show all errors for a given file and not just the first found error.

Minor update from v0.3.0 which adds validation of the config yaml file. This prevents mis-spelled options from being silently ignored.

Now you can specify different validation checks for different paths via a config file

You can also validate the dependency paths are not absolute paths

vi_validate can validate a whole host of attributes about VIs, from separate code, version, to path length and passwords.
