* Fixed a stupid typo in Server.send().

* Simplified the way arguments are passed to callback functions. For the
server side, this release is therefore incompatible with previous
versions!
* Some more cleanup.

* Added class ServerThread for asynchronous dispatching of incoming
messages.

* Minor improvements.
