* Fixed bug in 'drop' that prevented access to system tables
* Added more unit testing for 'drop'
* Restructured how calculated values are stored. Putting them in the root
folder with table definitions was causing problems for mdb_copy so they now
reside in their own folder called __metadata__. Pre-existing items will be
transparently migrated on startup.
