MQTT support in beta state

Little code refactoring and dealing with unexpected results from a library.

- Add compatibility up to Python 3.10
- Explicitly defining required version of curses-menu to avoid ModuleNotFoundError in wizard

The BME280 must be triggered to perform a measurement in forced mode.
This trigger is now implemented.

A bigger change involving [Prometheus](https://prometheus.io/) support. A lot of improvements and changes.
The config file structure was updated and is not compatible anymore.
Serial ports of meters can now be addresses using RFC2217 URLs, but device node descriptors do not support regex matching anymore.
Regex matching may return as an optional feature in a future version.

Small but important bugfix.
