We added a version info file

In the previous version, we merged the code changes into one object when all properties are the same (except line numbers). In this version, we split them into separate objects so that reading the data is convenient.

We performed a thorough automatic and manual validation of the data and made various corrections. including the removal of some mistakenly included non-migration changes.
