Install
preferred way: `pip install pymzqc` (see https://pypi.org/project/pymzqc/1.0.0rc2/)

New
Changed the structure of the accessories, improved consitency and added merge and info. Available commandline accessories are:
* mzqc-fileinfo
* mzqc-filemerger
* mzqc-validator
