Pynvme

After ten hours of tests, including hundreds of test items and thousands of ioworker executions, we are pleased to release the pynvme v19.05. In this release, we made pynvme more robust, and more friendly to SSD developers. Thanks to all feedbacks from early users! We are making pynvme better!
