Software licenses are not part of the release artifacts at this time. The `pyoxy` binaries contain software subject to the various `LICENSE.*` files in the https://github.com/indygreg/python-build-standalone repository. This may include GPL licensed software. A future release will contain license files and will remove GPL licensed software (if there is any).
