Thanks to devowit and zmbq we can now run also on newer numpy.
I fixed two bugs in the actions that didn't use `(self,info)`

- image names in sequences can be with extension, e.g. `cam1.test2_.tif` and then `` will be replaced by the frame number in sequences
- new button `Save to Paraview` writes a new set of output files, copies of `ptv_is.` files into .txt files that are compatible with Paraview set of points.
- rgb2gray option is included and merged from previous pull requests
- enthought deployment manager `edm` is used for easier installation of `enable`, the rest is installed through `pip`
