- Modified the automated release to also build and publish Linux and Windows wheels for ARM
- Some minor fixes and improvements in CRoaring side

With the release of [CRoaring 1.0.0](https://github.com/RoaringBitmap/CRoaring/releases/tag/v1.0.0), AVX512 instructions are now transparently used if your processor has them. This should give faster roaring operations.
