Pyrws

This is a patch release to trigger the `Zenodo` update using the new configuration file.

This release does not change functionality but moves the package to the standard `pyproject.toml` file for packaging, and upgrades the dependency requirement on `pyhdtoolkit` to the newly released version `1.0`.

Added:
- The knob creation now also outputs `*_changeparameters.tfs` for each created knob, which can be loaded by the BeatBeat GUI to directly create the knobs for `LSA`.

Release `0.2.1` is the simple addition of `rich-click` for nicer help messages at the command line prompt.

This is the first release on Github, but previous preliminary releases were available on `PyPI`.

Version `0.2.0` is the one that was used to generate the knobs that will be used in the LHC 2022 commissioning.
