Pysnowradar

Version 1.1 of pySR is associated with a manuscript submitted by ajutila to IEEE TGRS for review. This release includes a new picking algorithm developed by ajutila to address unique aspects of the AWI datasets (Variable altitude, 2-18 GHz bandwidth). A significant restructuring of the methods is also included allowing testing of multiple pickers and distributed processing in cluster environments (kingjml and m9brady).
