Remove parameter host from open session request.

grpc.enable-http-proxy flag is disable

Remove Retry for compile/execute/status/close requests

- Close the Grpc channel while closing the connection.
- Retry for compile request while getting Stream removed error (Grpc bug).
- Add configuration Grpc channel flags -

grpc.keepalive_timeout_ms=2000
grpc.keepalive_permit_without_calls=True
grpc.keepalive_without_calls=True
os.environ['export GRPC_POLL_STRATEGY'] = 'poll'

Add environment flag GRPC_POLL_STRATEGY' = 'epoll1', for fixing the connection between the client and queryHandler.
