Pyswarming

A `normalized` option was implemented in the `lennard_jones` behavior.

Instead of using the module `auto_differentiation.py` (removed) to compute the gradient (for the `geofencing` behavior), the package `numdifftools` is now integrated.

This release contains the JOSS-reviewed version of PySwarming.

Minor updates in the Swarm class and the docs.
