Initial release!
This release contains the MVP for `python-compose` including:
- Daemon-less command-line and library interface for `python-compose`.
- Support for `conda`, `pyenv-virtualenv`, and the Python-native `venv`.
- Pydantic-defined specification for the `python-compose` file format.
- YAML support.
