ENHANCEMENTS:

1. UBXSimulator now supports limited TTY (AT+) commands. `AT+ECHO=OK` and `AT+ECHO=Error` commands will simulate an `OK` or `Error` TTY response. An `AT+ECHO=xxxxxx` command will echo back the `xxxxxx` string.
