Pyvolcans

This release includes modifications to the [MANIFEST.in](https://github.com/BritishGeologicalSurvey/pyvolcans/blob/main/MANIFEST.in) file to ensure that the [`VOLCANS` Matlab scripts](https://github.com/BritishGeologicalSurvey/pyvolcans/tree/main/pyvolcans/VOLCANS_matlab_scripts), and the [associated source-data csv files](https://github.com/BritishGeologicalSurvey/pyvolcans/tree/main/pyvolcans/VOLCANS_csv_files), are included upon installation of `PyVOLCANS`.

This release incorporates the upload of the [`VOLCANS` Matlab scripts](https://github.com/BritishGeologicalSurvey/pyvolcans/tree/main/pyvolcans/VOLCANS_matlab_scripts), all their [associated source data](https://github.com/BritishGeologicalSurvey/pyvolcans/tree/main/pyvolcans/VOLCANS_csv_files), and [details on the code numbering](https://github.com/BritishGeologicalSurvey/pyvolcans/tree/main/pyvolcans/VOLCANS_csv_files/VOLCANS_code_numbers) adopted in the `.csv` data files.

Two new `README` files accompany this release: [README_VOLCANS.md](https://github.com/BritishGeologicalSurvey/pyvolcans/blob/main/pyvolcans/VOLCANS_matlab_scripts/README_VOLCANS.md), which provides further details on the `VOLCANS` method, as well as descriptions of the structure and content of each of the Matlab scripts and `.csv` data files; and [README_NUMBERING.md](https://github.com/BritishGeologicalSurvey/pyvolcans/blob/main/pyvolcans/VOLCANS_csv_files/VOLCANS_code_numbers/README_NUMBERING.md), which provides the aforementioned details about the _code numbering_ used in the `.csv` data files.

Test release to trigger PyPI publication via GitHub actions.

This release avoids the printing of messages related to figure formatting into the standard output, when `--verbose` and `--plot_apriori` optional flags are used together. The `README.md` file has also been updated.

This release contains:

+ Optional plotting of graphs of _a priori_ analogues data. This includes breakdown of total analogy into component criteria and percentages of "better" analogues (see 5)
+ Warning when no data are available for a given criterion (see 4)
+ Negative criteria weights throw an error (see 6)
+ Outdated .mat files are removed from package
