Fixed tell() function (1)

PyWave now supports the creation of your own wave files!

Getting all chunks at once instead of finding them each time.
Also changed from Wave() to open() and removed the <auto_read> argument.
read() now accepts None to read until the end.

Reading Waves the Microsoft way now.
