Small fix for TW and DW bulbs (non-rgb).
The scene mapping was not done correctly.

No the CW will not interference the RGB full color.

Now the colors are correctly defined.

Fixing error for importing color-management

The colors now natively defined by the RGB values.
This defines the hue of the color more exactly, and the bulb now shows the correct brightness.

This was moved backwards from the HASS integration in wiz_light.

Fix some issues and do some caching improvements.
