Bugfixes and minor UI changes


Fixes

* Use cross-platform compatible `install` commands in Makefile.
* Show error dialog and abort when unable to get supported file formats from
`jack_capture`.
* Fixed grammar errors in recording sources help text.

files, this should result in channels being in a sensible order.
