Qualipy

Updated dependencies. No code changes were necessary.

This release adds data managers and data loaders to allow for loading of test data as well as the usage of that test data across steps and scenarios.

This release also adds functionality to move JIRA user stories based on the associated test results.

This is the initial release of QualiPy. This framework will help with test process automation. At this point, the framework can interact with JIRA. It uses the OS keyring for retrieving credentials. It also uses the behave framework for business-driven development.
