basic functionality for functions, as well as token usage info returned from OpenAI's API stored in `thread.usage` for your usage.

model` attribute, added quickgpt.run method, append_messages to thread.run(), and other small changes

- `quickgpt` tool now has stdin/stdout capabilities
- thread.clear() and sticky messages implemented
